Our passion is simply to make great, fresh, delicious sandwiches and smoothie bowls using the freshest breads and ingredients, sourced locally. 

Our menu also includes a wide range of tasty breakfast bowls, all day brunch toasts with delicious toppings, salad bowls, healthy  juices and smoothies, great coffees and of course our homemade carrot cake and cinnamon rolls.

Our menu is changing as we try to introduce more healthy alternatives to traditional ingredients.
